He currently provides training, inspection and consultancy services in most sectors of the food and drinks industry. He is approved as an IFST mentor and auditor and for BRC , IFS and ISO22000.
Jonathan Southwood
Jonathan is a qualified agronomist based in Spain who audits against the Global GAP standard and is an APT for the British Retail Consortium.. Jonathan is a recognised expert in integrated pest management and responsible farming. He also audits fruit and vegetable packing operations worldwide.
Paola Tepper
Paola is an agricultural Engineer from University of Chile with more than 15 years of experience in fresh produce industry, including Quality & Food Safety Management, Training and Auditing. Her speciality is South American produce and fish production systems but she also has wide experience of agricultural certification.
